ABOUT TOUR

Silvestro Bonaventura, artist at L2Arte, exhibits ‘Storie’ (Stories) at the Marco Fraccaro Gallery of the Cairoli College in Pavia, from 12 to 17 December 2025.

The solo exhibition, curated by Rosanna Accordino, encapsulates the essence of Bonaventura’s work: narrating his own and others’ stories in personal but shared spaces. This brings out his ability to empathise and listen, through a unique and decidedly personal language.

A partner in telling the story of art

Terrarium plays a key role in organising the exhibition, promoting contemporary art with innovative projects and working side by side with industry players such as L2Arte, HR Docks Gallery and the Galleria del Collegio Fratelli Cairoli, founded by Professor Marco Fraccaro in the 1970s. This support enhances prestigious spaces and the dialogue between artists and the cultural landscape.

The artist and his narrative

Silvestro Bonaventura creates a parallel universe to tell stories, emphasising details that bring his works to life, populated by festive or reflective figures. The canvases psychologically portray the inhabitants of the domestic spaces depicted, with objects that narrate anecdotes through prosopopoeia. A magical component unites everything in a fairy-tale world, where childlike innocence guides the adult gaze.

Art and memories

Living ‘Stories’ means exploring a reality of familiar objects and domestic places, symbols of fond memories and beloved environments. The opening is at 6 p.m. on Friday, 12 December, at Piazza Collegio Cairoli 1, Pavia. The solo exhibition is open to the public from 12 to 17 December 2025, with free admission from Monday to Saturday, from 5 to 7 p.m.
